Rhassoul clay offers particularly gentle cleansing – after all, its cleaning properties are based on a purely physical active principle: when mixed with water, rhassoul clay binds dirt and oil particles, making them easy to rinse out. LOGONA Rhassoul Clay Powder is free from any additives and is particularly recommended for sensitive or problem skin, delicate scalps, dandruff and oily hair.
Gentle cleansing for skin and hair
The word rhassoul is derived from the Arabic verb for to wash, ‘rhassala’. It consists of natural clay minerals, and was already used for washing and cleansing the body in antiquity. White kaolin contains an especially fine, light-coloured clay. When mixed with water, the clay swells and develops a pleasant gel-like consistency, which absorbs dirt particles and excess oil like blotting paper. Rhassoul and white kaolin are free from surfactants and are tolerated well by the skin. They cleanse without irritating. Hair is left silky-soft, shiny and smooth.

Logona products contain trusted, traditional, plant-based ingredients recognized for generations as completely safe for the intended use by humans.
Testing takes place exclusively on human volunteers. These tests accompany every Logona product, starting with self-testing by research and development staff members, continuing with similar staff testing during the microbiological stability trial period, and finally culminating with rigorous, scientific testing on paid volunteers under independent, dermatological supervision. Only after a product has successfully passed each of these phases can it be introduced to the marketplace. Respect for people, animals, and environment is the basis of our ethical self-image. For this reason Logona is actively engaged in the movement to validate alternative test methods, which do not utilize animals. Logona strongly believe that animal testing belongs to the past.
