Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons, mostly because the item(s) won't be available for a longer time and we are not able to deliver them within 30 days after you place your order or after your payment arrives into our account.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you already payed for any of the items you will receive a full refund.
Canceling Your Order
Once orders are submitted, they cannot be altered. If you wish to change or cancel your order you have to contact our office as soon as possible. As long the product has not been shipped out of our warehouse we will try to assist you. Please note, that once the item has left our warehouse we can no longer cancel your order.
