Delivery Times

How long will it take for my order to arrive? The delivery time for your order depends on #1 the in-stock availability of the product, #2 the shipping method you select. The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Ship Processing Time, that depends on the in-stock availability of the product (#1), is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped directly from the manufacturers to our distribution facilities. The manufacturers need this time to fulfil your order and in some cases, custom build the product. If the product is already in stock we'll ship your order immediately after you place your order or after your payment arrives into our account depending on chosen payment method. This time could take 2-10 days.

Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office. This time depends on the shipping method you select at placing your order in your shopping cart (#2). We offer several different shipping methods:  D+1, D+2 or D+3 (delivery on the first/second/third  working day after the day of posting).
