I've changed my mind, what can I do?
As long as the product is unopened and still brand new, we will accept your return within 14 days, but you will need to pay for the postage of the item back to our office. Within 14 days of receiving the item you will get a full refund for the cost of the product.
The product is damaged or not working properly.
Sometimes the product you receive may have been damaged or is not working properly. Unfortunately, defective or damaged products do occasionally occur. We'll do our best to remedy the situation quickly and at no expense to you. If the product wasn't damaged due to normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, please, contact us within 14 days. We will pay for postage of the broken item back to us so that we can fix it. If we cannot, we'll send you a brand new one as a replacement.
It's past 14 days and the product doesn't work properly.
Products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which can be up to or more then 24 months, depending on the product you have purchased. Warranty does not cover any damage due to normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence of the item. If a warranty claim can be made you will need to pay for postage of the item back to our office. From there, our team will liaise with the manufacturer to resolve the problem for you within 30 days from receiving the product.
