In 2023, Paola Reina created several models inspired by music. The little pianist has purple hair tied back with a ribbon that matches her keyboard print on her cream skirt. The top of the dress is black with colorful dots of fireworks on the dark night sky. The doll has purple socks and black Velcro shoes on her feet. She has a black bag slung over her shoulders, also with the motif of keys and notes.
